My name is Joshua Farry. I'm currently in my third year of a Bachelor Multimedia (majoring in Internet Computing) at Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia. I am an aspiring web developer, with experience in many areas of web development. To list a few, I have worked with rapid development frameworks such as CakePHP, as well as content management systems including Drupal (on which this site is based) and Joomla, in all areas from creating custom themes, maintaining and deploying entire sites and implementation of extensions/modules.
 
In terms of programming languages, I work mostly with XHTML/CSS, PHP and ActionScript, but also have some experience in JavaScript/Ajax and SQL. I also have a fair amount of knowledge in the Adobe Suite (especially Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator) and can create design mockups, icons and other custom graphics for your application.

My current primary goal is to secure permanent employment, but I am also open to contract and the occasional individual wanting a website.
